Dr. Hannah Kiyohara

Hannah graduated from the University of Louisville in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science while playing Division I softball and in 2018 from South College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She completed the Evidence in Motion Orthopedic Residency in 2019 in Kent, Washington and became a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2020. Hannah also completed the Kaiser Permanente Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Fellowship Program in 2021 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Hannah recently joined the Kaiser Permanente Graduate Education Program with the Residency program after completing her fellowship and will also be performing adjunct faculty work for South College and Hawaii Pacific University DPT programs. Hannah is originally from Seattle, Washington and outside of work, Hannah enjoys rock climbing, trail running and swimming in the Yuba River.
